A graduate of the University of Cincinnati, where he played collegiate football, Jason briefly spent time with the Cincinnati Bengals organization before beginning a career in law enforcement. He went on to serve as a detective and as a member of the U.S. Marshals Violent Fugitive Task Force. These experiences cultivated a disciplined, highly analytical approach grounded in risk assessment, accountability, operational precision, and proactive problem-solving.

Jason brings extensive hands-on experience maintaining and overseeing large, high-end coastal residences and has been entrusted with the oversight of homes owned by several of Naples' most prominent billionaires. He understands the complexities involved in managing sophisticated home systems, coordinating multiple trades and vendors, supervising ongoing projects, and ensuring that every aspect of a property operates seamlessly on a daily basis. From preventative maintenance and storm preparedness to detailed property inspections and staff coordination, he maintains constant awareness of what is happening within the home, allowing owners complete peace of mind whether they are in residence or away.
